About the role

Full-Time Engineer Howrah, West Bengal, India (On-site) 2–5 Years ₹4.5 LPA – ₹8 LPA (Negotiable)

TiCi Technologies is looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications, enterprise software, and digital platforms across multiple industries.

As part of our team, you'll work on innovative projects ranging from NatureTech solutions for environmental and ecological applications to custom software, business automation systems, AI-powered platforms, cloud applications, and enterprise IT solutions. What you'll do

• Develop scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and fellow developers.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Work on AI, automation, IoT, NatureTech, and enterprise software projects as required.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with React.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Proficiency in Node.js, PHP, Python, or .NET backend development.
• Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Git, GitHub, Docker, and cloud platforms is preferred.
• Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and security practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
