Full Stack Developer- Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead – Java Full Stack to lead the design, development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications while managing a team of developers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery
• Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and Microservices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven solutions
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Manage application deployment using AWS and CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot, optimize and enhance application performance
• Participate in solution architecture, technical discussions and Agile ceremonies

Required Technical Skills

• Backend: Java (Java 8/11/17+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, RESTful APIs, Microservices, GraphQL (Preferred), Event-Driven Architecture, Node.js
• Frontend: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Database: Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, RDBMS
• Frameworks & Architecture: Spring Framework, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures & Algorithms, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Cloud-Native Application Development
• DevOps & Deployment: Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift, CI/CD Pipelines, Git, GitHub Enterprise, AWS (Preferred)
• Testing: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, End-to-End (E2E) Testing, Test Automation
• Development Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, JIRA
• AI Tools: Experience using AI-powered development tools to enhance development workflows
• Leadership Skills: Team Handling (Mandatory), Team Mentoring, Technical Leadership, Code Reviews, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving, Strong Communication Skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development
• Team handling and leadership experience are mandatory
• Proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale applications
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
