Full-stack Developer

We are hiring a full-stack developer in Guwahati, on-site.

Before the requirements, the honest part. We are in a regulated category, which means most of what we build is specified in writing before anyone opens an editor, and some things we would like to build, we are not allowed to. If you want to move fast and figure it out later, this is the wrong job. If you have ever been the person who read the whole document before starting, keep reading.

What you would work on: pages and forms on a Next.js storefront, small internal tools in Node and Python, queries against our ERP, and documentation that doesn’t exist yet. You would be the third technical person, working directly with our senior developer.

What we need: solid JavaScript, React basics, Git, basic SQL, and clear written English. Node, Python, some Linux, or any exposure to an ERP like Odoo or ERPNext would put you toward the top of the range.

What we do not need: a designer, a marketer, an AI specialist, or the highest marks in the room.

₹20,000–₹25,000 a month, depending on what you can actually do. A written six-month review, with the criteria given to you on day one rather than invented at the time of the review. On-site in Guwahati — not remote, and we would rather say so now than waste your afternoon.
