Full Stack Developer (React/TypeScript + Python/FastAPI)

Hiring contract Full-Stack Engineers (2–6 years) to build scalable enterprise applications end-to-end using React + TypeScript on the frontend and Python + FastAPI on the backend. The role owns features across UI, APIs, data models, testing, and releases, with a focus on responsive dashboards and data-intensive apps, secure REST API design, CI/CD, and performance troubleshooting across UI/API/DB. Nice-to-haves include modern state management, component/UI libraries, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud (AWS/Azure), async/background processing, and LLM/RAG integration.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end: UI, API, data model, tests, and release.
• Develop responsive, high-performance interfaces using React and TypeScript, including dashboards, tables, forms, filters, charts, and conversational panels.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Design SQL and NoSQL data models and write efficient queries.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, agent services, enterprise data sources, and third-party services, handling loading, streaming, error, and long-running states.
• Implement authentication, authorization, input validation, and secure API patterns.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and keep them green in CI.
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks across the UI, API, and database layers.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, sprint ceremonies, releases, and production support.
• Guide Associates through pairing and code reviews.
• 3-5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
