Full Stack Developer (React.js + Backend)

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js and proficiency in at least one backend technology: FastAPI, Node.js, or Go (Golang). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB, along with the ability to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.

· Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using at least one of the following: FastAPI, Node.js, or Go (Golang).

· Design, develop, and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models.

· Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.

· Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.

· Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

· Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across frontend and backend components.

· Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver quality software.

· Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing application maintenance.

Required Skills

· Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

· Professional experience with at least one backend technology

o FastAPI (Python)

o Node.js o Go (Golang)

· Practical knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.

· Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

· Knowledge of MongoDB and document-based data modeling.

· Understanding of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

· Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development workflows.

· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience developing scalable and production-ready web applications.

· Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and API security practices.

· Understanding of application deployment and cloud or container technologies.

· Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and debugging tools.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile development environment.

Candidate Requirements

· Experience: Minimum 4 years and maximum 6 years.

· Location: Chennai.

· Notice Period: Candidates who can join within 15 to 45 days.

· Backend Requirement: Strong experience in at least one of FastAPI, Node.js, or Go (Golang).
