We are especially seeking someone with solid hands-on experience in Python, React.js, AWS, and modern full-stack development, with the ability to own and deliver features end-to-end. Work Mode - Work From Office Key Roles & Responsibilities · Own and deliver features end-to-end, from requirement analysis through production deployment. · Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack applications. · Translate business requirements into effective and maintainable technical solutions. · Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, code reviews, CI/CD, deployment, and production support. · Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability through engineering best practices. · Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective root-cause resolution. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions clearly. · Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices. · Demonstrate robust ownership and leadership potential, with a path toward a Technical Lead / Engineering Leadership role.
