Full Stack Developer

We're Hiring: Full Stack Developer

OctaSence (InfraEdge Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) Remote 1–2.5 Years Experience

OctaSence is building an Agentic AI + IoT + Geotechnical Intelligence + Digital Twin platform for Structural Health Monitoring of critical infrastructure. We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build and scale our core product.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features across our SaaS dashboard and backend services
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, database schemas, and real-time data pipelines for IoT/sensor data
• Work with AI/ML components — integrating LLM-based agents, RAG pipelines, or model outputs into product features
• Deploy and manage services on AWS; ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate closely with founders and engineering team on architecture and technical decisions
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code across the stack

Required Skills

• 1–2.5 years of professional experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in React.js (or equivalent frontend framework) and Tailwind/CSS
• Backend experience with Node.js or Python; solid understanding of REST API design
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and schema design
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) — EC2, S3, Lambda, or equivalent
• Version control (Git) and standard software engineering practices (testing, code review, CI/CD basics)
• Strong solutioning ability — able to break down open-ended problems, evaluate trade-offs, and design clean technical solutions independently, even outside familiar domains
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; comfortable owning features end-to-end

Good to Have

• Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.), agentic frameworks, or vector databases
• Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol), prompt engineering, or building AI-powered features
• Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, or IoT data pipelines
• Data visualization experience (Recharts, D3, or similar)
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments
