Full Stack Developer (.NET C# JS REACT)

Role : Full Stack DeveloperConnected Machinery | IIoT | Industry 4.0 | Azure Ecosystem | Capital Asset Network & AnalyticsLocation : Vadodara (nearby GSS Halol Manufacturing Site)Work Mode : HybridRole Purpose : This position presents an excellent opportunity to develop and expand digital foundation capabilities within Gunnebo's global manufacturing and industrial settings. This is a unique opportunity to design and build the digital foundation supporting Gunnebo's global manufacturing transformation. The Full Stack Developer will deliver cloud-native applications, Industrial IoT (IIoT) platforms, edge-to-cloud integrations, and integration and analytics solutions for Connected Machinery, Smart Factory, and Industry 4.0 initiatives across global manufacturing sites.Application & Platform Development : - Build industrial web applications using React, Redux, TypeScript with structured state management.- Develop backend services with C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core Web API.- Design and expose REST APIs for device data, workflows, and enterprise integrations.- Industrial IoT & Smart Factory Enablement : - Integrate PLCs, sensors, gateways, and machine telemetry across Capital Asset Networks.- Develop IIoT solutions using Azure IoT Hub, IoT Edge, Digital Twins, Event Hub, Service Bus, and Azure Functions.- Design edge-to-cloud architectures using containerized IoT Edge modules.- Enable real-time data processing, OEE, utilization, and predictive maintenance.Cloud, DevOps & Secure Integration : - Build event-driven and serverless architectures using Azure Functions (C#).- Deploy solutions using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability best practices.- Data & Enterprise Integration : - Design telemetry and time-series data models in Azure Cosmos DB.- Implement transactional workloads using Azure SQL.- Integrate with MES and ERP systems using APIs and messaging.Agile Delivery & Collaboration : - Collaborate with global product owners to define scope and MVPs.- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint execution.- Technical Skills : Backend : - C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core Web API.- Azure Functions with IoT Hub, Event Hub, Service Bus.Frontend : - React, Redux, TypeScript (Angular acceptable).- Cloud & Azure : - Azure IoT Hub & IoT Edge.- Event Hub, Service Bus, Azure Functions.- Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL.- Azure DevOps CI/CD.- Industrial Communication : - MQTT protocol design and broker configuration.- Databases : - Azure Cosmos DB with partition key strategy and multi-region setup.- SQL Server / Azure SQL.- Data modeling for industrial telemetry and event streams.Preferred Experience : - Manufacturing IT/OT convergence, MES, automation systems.- Ability to convert business processes into structured digital solutions.- Required Qualifications & Experience : - Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science or related discipline.- 5+ years of experience in full-stack or software development.- Experience in IIoT, manufacturing systems, or Industry 4.0 environments.- Experienced in IT and digital roles within manufacturing.Key Projects (2026 - 2028) : - Connected Machinery Platform - Real-time data, predictive insights, utilization analytics.- Digital Twin for Smart Factory - Virtual modeling, OT integration, simulation environments.- Industrial Analytics Hub - Central analytics platform for efficiency & performance insights, example - Solar Power generated, Electrical consumption etc.- Digital Product Passport (DPP) - Global QR-based product identity, warranty, and service lifecycle.- VIAS (Visual Inspection Assembly System) - a quality control solution.Position Scope & Working Model : - Work Mode : Hybrid (Base Location : Vadodara, Halol Plant Base)- Business Unit : Gunnebo Safe Storage (GSS BU)- Scope : Smart Factory, IIoT, Digitalization, OT/IT Systems- Geography : Global, GSS Manufacturing Sites- Reporting To : Head of IT & Systems Transformation (Global)- Team Structure : No direct reports; works with internal teams & vendors, IT Teams- Travel : Domestic : Mumbai & Halol.
