Job Description Ares is seeking a curious, hands-on Full Stack Developer at the Analyst level to join our Legal & Compliance Technology engineering team in Mumbai. You will work with experienced engineers and global business partners to build, enhance, and support applications that help our Legal & Compliance teams manage critical workflows, monitoring, controls, and reporting. This is an prospect for an early-career engineer to deepen full-stack development skills, learn how technology supports the investment lifecycle and regulated business processes, and take increasing ownership of production software. You will contribute across user interfaces, services, integrations, and data while learning through design discussions, code reviews, and day-to-day collaboration. Prior experience in financial services or compliance is helpful, but not required. We are most interested in solid engineering fundamentals, curiosity, and the ability to turn requirements into reliable, well-tested software.
