Role Description The Full Stack Developer – MEAN/MERN, Mobile & Agentic AI role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The developer will design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications using MEAN/MERN stacks, ensuring responsive, secure, and scalable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing front-end user interfaces, implementing back-end APIs and services, integrating databases, and optimizing application performance. The role also involves collaborating with product, design, and AI teams to integrate mobile features and agentic AI components into existing and new applications. The developer will participate in code reviews, write clean and testable code, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and architecture.

Qualifications

 Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js / Angular

 Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js

 Develop and integrate Android and iOS mobile applications

 Design and work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL and MySQL

 Build integrations with third-party services and external APIs

 Develop new features and enhancements for existing platforms

 Understand existing codebases and independently implement new

functionality

 Debug, troubleshoot and optimize applications across different technology

layers

 Work with cloud infrastructure, containers and CI/CD pipelines

 Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to deliver complete

features
