Full Stack Developer

Greetings

We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front-end and back-end programming. Full-stack developers are responsible for designing and building front-end web architecture, ensuring application responsiveness, and collaborating with graphic designers on web design features, among other duties.

Full-stack developers will be required to see a project through from conception to the final product, which requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Description

• Develop new features or products for an area of our platform by working alongside the Development Team.
• Maintain and enhance current features and functionalities, and monitor and control the system.
• Configure business processes based on defined business requirements.

Qualifications

• BCA, MCA, or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Interested in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing current features and functionalities of the system.

Compensation Structure

For Software Associate

Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000/- per month + incentives + performance bonus

For Software Engineer

Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 40,000/- per month + incentives + performance bonus

Training Period: 12 months

Probation: 1 or 1.5 years

Job Location: Lake Town, Kolkata-89.

Experience: 0 – 5 yrs.

Selection Process: Rounds of interviews.

First Round- Virtual Practical Round

Second Round- F2F Practical and Viva-Voce
