The role involves building and maintaining scalable web applications, CRM platforms, dashboards, REST APIs, automation tools, and workflow-driven applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills and a positive understanding of modern frontend technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP (Core PHP, Laravel) and/or Python (Django, FastAPI). Develop scalable and high-performance RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services. Build contemporary, reusable, responsive, and interactive user interfaces using React.js. • Work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap 5. • Design, manage, and optimize databases using MySQL and/or PostgreSQL. • Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC). • Integrate third-party APIs and internal services using REST/JSON. • Develop automation scripts, background tasks, scheduled jobs, and workflow automation. Debug, test, optimize, and maintain application performance and reliability. • Deploy and maintain applications on Linux servers and cloud platforms such as AWS and DigitalOcean. Work with Git, participate in code reviews, and follow Agile development practices. • Collaborate with developers and other team members to design and implement technical solutions.
