Full Stack Developer at RP IT Solutions

Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join RP IT Solutions in MH, India. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our CRM platform, which features a React frontend supported by Node.js/Express APIs and a PostgreSQL database deployed on AWS. This hands-on position requires you to take ownership of features from design to production.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain features in a React/TypeScript web application.

Design, build, and maintain REST APIs using Node.js and Express.

Design database schemas and write migrations for a PostgreSQL database.

Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.

Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

Package and deploy services with Docker to cloud infrastructure.

Debug and resolve issues across the stack, including in production.

Collaborate with other developers on shared code and data.

Required Qualifications

Internship and 0-1 years of full stack development experience.

Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.

Experience with React or a similar frontend framework.

Experience with Node.js and building REST APIs.

Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred).

Working knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment (AWS preferred).

Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with an ORM such as Sequelize, Prisma, or TypeORM.

Experience with multi-tenant or SaaS applications.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with real-time features (WebSockets).

Exposure to mobile app backends or cross-platform teams.
