businessoutcomes.

KeyResponsibilities

OwnthefullMLpipeline :dataingestion,cleaning,featureengineering,model

development,deployment,andmonitoring.

Buildandfine-tunemodelsusing Python andframeworkslikeScikit-learn,XGBoost,

TensorFlow,orPyTorch.

Deploymodelsusing Databricks , MLflow ,andcloud-nativetools(preferablyAzure).

Developrobust,scalablepipelinesusing PySpark ornativeDatabricksworkflows.

CollaboratewithBIanalystsandbusinessstakeholderstotranslaterequirementsinto

production-readysolutions.

Maintainandimproveexistingmodelsandpipelineswithminimalsupervision.

RequiredSkills

3+years ofexperienceinapplieddatascienceorMLengineering.

StrongPythonprogrammingskills,includingexperiencewithdatamanipulationandML libraries.

Experiencewith Databricks and cloud-basedMLdeployment (Azurepreferred).

AbilitytoworkindependentlyacrossthefullstackofMLdevelopmentanddeployment.

Familiaritywithversioncontrol(Git),CI/CD,andMLOpsbestpractices.

Excellentcommunicationskillsandabilitytoworkwithremoteteamsacrosstimezones.

NicetoHave

Experiencewith datapipelinedevelopment usingPySparkorDeltaLake.

Exposureto Docker , RESTAPIs ,or real-timeinference .

Priorexperienceworkinginamanufacturingorindustrialanalyticsenvironment.
