Detailed Job Description

As a Full Stack AI Engineer supporting Programming.com in Pune and Mumbai, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of full-stack software architecture, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline integration, and cloud-native AI deployment. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable backend services and responsive frontend interfaces using Python, React.js, and Node.js, architecting and maintaining AWS serverless and cloud infrastructure including S3, Lambda, and API Gateway, building and optimizing robust RAG pipelines and LLM integrations, leveraging Claude and advanced AI-assisted development tooling to accelerate delivery, troubleshooting complex full-stack performance bottlenecks, coordinating with cross-functional product and data science squads, and operating during US shift timings (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST). You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex artificial intelligence and software anomalies under strict service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable full-stack web applications utilizing Python, React.js, and Node.js.
• Architect and maintain serverless cloud infrastructure and microservices on AWS including S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Build, integrate, and optimize advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and Large Language Model (LLM) workflows.
• Leverage Claude and AI-assisted software development tools to enhance coding velocity, code quality, and automated refactoring.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex backend concurrency issues, API integration failures, and frontend rendering bottlenecks.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional software engineering, product management, and AI research squads.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of system architectures, API endpoints, RAG data flows, and deployment runbooks.
• Adhere strictly to secure coding standards, data privacy protocols, and enterprise software engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive professional experience in software engineering and full-stack development.
• Strong, demonstrable hands-on professional expertise in Python, React.js, and Node.js application development.
• Solid practical proficiency in AWS cloud services including S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Deep practical experience building, tuning, and deploying RAG pipelines, vector databases, and Generative AI/LLM solutions.
• Practical familiarity with Claude and modern AI-assisted development tools and prompt engineering methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities under fast-paced engineering conditions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Mandatory legal work eligibility and availability for on-site operations in Pune or Mumbai working US night shifts (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST).
