Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Frontend Developer role based in Tiruchirappalli.

The Frontend

Developer will design and implement user-facing features, build responsive interfaces, and ensure seamless integration with backend services. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code, optimizing applications for performance and accessibility, and collaborating with designers, backend developers, and digital marketing teams. The role involves participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues across devices and browsers, and contributing to reusable component libraries and best practices. The developer will work closely with product and strategy teams to align frontend solutions with business objectives and deliver outcome-focused digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills, with experience building modern, user-centric interfaces.
• Candidates should possess solid Web Development and Software Development skills, including familiarity with frameworks, version control, and performance optimization.
• Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Back-End Web Development to collaborate effectively on API integration and data flow.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience in one or more modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Candidates should possess experience with cross-browser compatibility, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively in an on-site, multidisciplinary team.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
• Experience in digital consulting, product-focused environments, or AI-enabled applications is an advantage.
