Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.

Develop backend features using Ruby 3.3.x and Ruby on Rails 8.x.

Build modern and responsive frontend applications using React and Redux.

Develop and maintain unit and integration tests using RSpec, Cucumber, and Capybara.

Build prototypes and Proofs of Concept (POCs) for new features and technologies.

Participate actively in team meetings, Agile ceremonies, and development activities.

Conduct and participate in peer code reviews as part of the SDLC and change management processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver highquality solutions.

Follow software engineering best practices related to coding, testing, documentation, and maintainability.

Qualifications

Required Skills6+ years of full-stack web application development experience.6+ years of handson experience with Ruby on Rails and React.

Skills Required

Strong experience with Ruby, Rails, React.js, and Redux.

Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

Experience developing automated tests using RSpec, Cucumber, and Capybara.

Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, normalization, and ORM concepts.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a development team.

Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in English is required. .
