Weseek a skilled and passionate Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will build engaging and high-performance web applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience. You’ll work closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and project managers to create responsive, interactive, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and deploy responsive, user-focused web applications using the MERN stack, emphasizing frontend development.
• Build and maintain applications using Next.js with hands-on experience in the app router and other advanced features like ISR and SSR.
• Translate UI/UX designs into accurate, responsive code, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance.
• Style applications with Tailwind CSS and CSS to achieve visually appealing and consistent user interfaces.
• Utilize animation libraries like Framer Motion and GSAP (if familiar) to create interactive elements and transitions.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers and backend developers to ensure project alignment and quality.
• Complete assigned KPI and KRA objectives within timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer with a solid focus on front-end work.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js app router and a solid understanding of ISR, SSR, and other advanced concepts in Next.js.
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and CSS for responsive design.
• Demonstrated skill in translating UI/UX designs into accurate, high-quality code.
• Familiarity with animation libraries like Framer Motion and GSAP is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
