Role Description The Front-End / Back-End Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The developer will design, build, and maintain user-facing interfaces and server-side functionality for web applications supporting Novo Club’s digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include implementing responsive front-end components, developing and integrating APIs, managing databases, and ensuring application performance and security. The role involves collaborating with designers, product owners, and student teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. The developer will also participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, optimize existing features, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with modern frameworks, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Solid Back-End Web Development capabilities, including server-side programming, database integration, and API development.
• Proficiency in Programming fundamentals and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles applied to real-world projects.
• Broad Software Development experience across the full lifecycle, including requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with openness to working alongside students and multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with security best practices, performance optimization, and cloud or hosting environments is an advantage.
