Freelance Remote Civil Engineer (Billing Verification)

TWGINDIA is seeking a qualified #Freelance #Remote #CivilEngineer with 3-5 years of experience in #constructionprojectexecution, #quantityverification, and #billingvalidation. The role involves providing independent technical review and oversight for ongoing #constructionprojects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress through reports, photographs, and site submissions.
• Verify executed quantities and validate contractor RA and final bills.
• Review variation orders, extra-item claims, and billing calculations.
• Prepare technical observations, verification reports, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost control.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience** in site execution, quantity surveying, and billing verification.
• Strong understanding of construction standards, measurement methods, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ analysis, and quantity take-offs.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
