We're building a team of Freelance Recruiter-Trainers | Koregaon Park, Pune

Krehsst Recruitment Academy (KRA) is looking for Senior Recruiters to train the next generation of recruiters.

If you have 10+ years in recruitment for manufacturing companies and enjoy sharing what you know, join us as a freelance trainer for our Recruiter Training programme.

What you'll do

• Deliver offline, in-class sessions to graduate trainees at our Koregaon Park, Pune office
• Teach real-world recruitment: client and role understanding, sourcing, candidate engagement, salary and offer negotiation
• Share live examples from your own manufacturing hiring experience

What we're looking for

• 10+ years as a recruiter, with a strong manufacturing hiring background
• Clear communication and a passion for mentoring
• Availability for scheduled in-class sessions
