Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and scale cloud-based platform services and accessible, high-performing web applications using C#/.NET, SQL, React, and TypeScript.

The role involves developing backend services and APIs, designing reliable database systems, building responsive user interfaces, integrating REST and GraphQL APIs, and improving platform performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

You will contribute to technical design and sprint planning, participate in continuous improvement, mentor junior engineers, advise product owners on technical feasibility and estimates, and work with customers to resolve defects and support major implementations.

The successful candidate will use modern cloud and AI-assisted engineering tools, including GitHub Copilot or similar technologies, while maintaining strong engineering standards and sound technical judgment.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#/.NET and SQL, particularly for backend and API development.
• Commercial experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript, including ES6+.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI developer tools, with an AI-empowered approach to software engineering.
• Experience designing and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated unit, integration, and/or UI tests.
• Strong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience developing distributed, cloud-based systems and cloud-native solutions.
• Experience delivering containerized applications using Docker.
• Excellent debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
• Understanding of secure coding principles and best practices.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Availability to work from the Noida office for five consecutive days per month, plus occasional additional days.

Desirable Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with UI component libraries such as MUI Base, MUI Core, or Radix UI.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards, including WCAG.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog and structured logging.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Kustomize and ArgoCD.
• Experience with C++.
