About the Role

Theody Svadhyay Trailblazer LLP is looking for a qualified and experienced Freelance Chartered Accountant to manage the company’s taxation, accounting, audit support, and statutory compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure timely compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and quarterly GST returns, filings, and reconciliations.
• Handle TDS calculations, payments, quarterly returns, and related compliances.
• Support annual audits, financial statement preparation, and year-end account closure.
• Conduct quarterly financial reviews and maintain audit documentation.
• Manage LLP-related statutory compliances and income tax return filings.
• Review books of accounts, bank reconciliations, and financial records.
• Provide tax advisory, regulatory updates, and assistance with tax notices, as required.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, direct taxation, audit procedures, and LLP compliances.
• Familiarity with accounting software, preferably Tally.
• Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet statutory deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and manage compliance requirements efficiently.

Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience and scope of work.
