Founding Software Engineer

We’re Hiring | Founding Software Engineer | Noida | 6 Months

At Carbon Crunch, we’re building India’s leading compliance-tech platform for sustainability, helping industries navigate mandates like BRSR, GHG Reporting, RCO, and emerging carbon markets. We’re looking for individuals who want to work at the intersection of climate, business, and real-world problem solving, not just theory.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and scaling products using MERN, Next.js & Python
• Designing APIs, databases, system architecture, and data workflows
• Integrating ML/AI models, LLMs and RAG-based features
• Working with AWS, Docker, Redis, PostgreSQL & MongoDB
• Taking ownership from architecture and development to deployment

What we’re looking for

• Strong programming and system-design fundamentals
• Experience with Node.js/Python and React
• Understanding of APIs, databases, cloud, and backend architecture
• Strong projects in full-stack, AI/ML, or system design
• High ownership and ability to build independently
• 0–3 years experience; strong freshers are welcome
