🚀 Software Engineer — Founding Team, EnerZ

Be one of the first engineers building the EnerZ platform end to end: the customer superapp, driver app, dispatcher panel, and fleet dashboards our operations run on.

You care more about shipping something drivers and fleet managers actually use than about building a perfect abstraction. You'll help set the early architecture, make pragmatic trade-offs, and turn a working MVP into a product people depend on daily.

What you'll do

🔹 Build and ship features across the stack — customer app, driver app, booking web, and the dispatcher/admin dashboard

🔹 Own the fleet dashboard and real-time tracking experience — ride/order tracking, dispatch, live vehicle status

🔹 Integrate third-party systems: charger management (Ionage), payments and cards (CoreCard/UPI), maps and navigation, telematics/dashcam feeds

🔹 Set sensible architecture and CI/CD, and keep the codebase shippable as the team grows

🔹 Work directly with the founders to translate operator needs into working software, fast

What we're looking for

✅ 4+ years building production web/mobile applications, with real ownership of shipped features

✅ Comfortable across frontend and backend — e.g. React/React Native (or Flutter) + Node/Python/Go, with SQL and a cloud provider (AWS/GCP)

✅ Experience integrating third-party APIs (payments, maps, or hardware/IoT feeds)

✅ A bias for shipping and iterating; pragmatic about scope

✅ Thrives with ambiguity and minimal process

⭐ Built ride-hailing, logistics, delivery, or mapping / real-time-tracking products before

⭐ Worked with telematics, GPS, or IoT device data

⭐ Early-stage startup experience (0→1)
