Role Description The FO – AI & Automation role at Union Living is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing AI-driven and automated processes to improve operational efficiency in areas such as maintenance, housekeeping, and resident services. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing existing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, developing and executing test cases, and ensuring quality assurance for all automated solutions. The role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine and scale automation initiatives. The individual in this position is expected to document processes, provide user training, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance resident experience and internal operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Process Automation and Automation to design and implement efficient, scalable workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Troubleshooting and Test Cases to diagnose issues and validate system performance.
• Quality Assurance skills to ensure reliability, accuracy, and consistency of AI and automation solutions.
• Familiarity with AI tools, scripting or automation platforms (e.g., RPA tools, Python, low-code/no-code solutions) is beneficial.
• Ability to analyze operational processes, interpret data, and recommend improvements.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with operations, technology, and resident-facing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in operations, facility management, or hospitality tech is an advantage.
