Job Overview

End-to-end responsibility for events, BTL, including but not limited to event briefing, innovation, planning & execution. The candidate must possess a thorough understanding of various types of Events & BTL activities and their optimal use. He/ She should ensure customer journey/ touch points are taken care

The ideal candidate will need to have an ability to ideate and present compelling and differentiated ideas for events at product & brand level.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the First Mile Head in defining the Events/ BTL plan for the brand/s
• Plan and execute the annual marketing calendar for owned brands including budget, events/BTL etc. in alignment with the overall portfolio plans to meet AOP Targets
• Planning & Execution of Project Launches, Channel Partner Meet, Customers Meet, National Meet
• Conduct Corporate Activity, RWA Activity, Mall Activity, Expo, Flyer Distribution ETC.
• Understand outdoor reminder media such as Hoarding, Electronics Media, & propose to Brand managers
• Define the customer journey and site experience elements for the brand/s
• Liaise with external agencies/vendors for Quality, time & cost Management
• Support the team in driving successful product launches, activations, and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Events management/ marketing from a Tier 1 B-School
• Experience: 5-7 years in Events/ BTL marketing.
