Flutter Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Flutter Developer with 5–7 years of software development experience and strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart, a solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns, and experience integrating APIs and third-party services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and third-party SDKs.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and release processes.
• Work closely with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and mobile deployment processes.

Required Skills

Flutter & Mobile Development

• Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade Android and iOS applications.
• Deep understanding of Flutter widgets, state management, navigation, and animations.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX.
• Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, or Repository Pattern.

Backend & API Integration

• Experience integrating REST APIs and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of JSON parsing, WebSockets, and real-time communication.
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, and Firebase Authentication.

Database & Storage

• Experience with SQLite, Hive, Shared Preferences, or other local storage solutions.
• Understanding of offline-first application development.

Testing & Quality

• Experience writing Unit Tests, Widget Tests, and Integration Tests.
• Familiarity with code quality tools and performance optimization techniques.

DevOps & Deployment

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Jenkins, or Codemagic.
• Knowledge of App Store and Google Play Store release processes.
