Flutter Developer (Nagpur Residents Only)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Flutter Developer to join our product engineering team. You will be responsible for developing high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter.

You will work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA Engineers to build a secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile application.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-performance mobile interfaces.
• Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Implement secure authentication using JWT/OAuth and role-based access control.
• Develop features such as digital deal confirmations, order tracking, push notifications, document uploads, and claims management.
• Implement offline data storage and synchronization where required.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and battery usage.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during sprint planning, development, testing, and release cycles.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Flutter applications.
• Experience working on ERP, FinTech, Supply Chain, Logistics, Trading, or B2B applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of software development experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Flutter development.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
