About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences across iOS and Android from a single codebase.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Collaborate with backend developers to define API contracts
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and load times
• Debug and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers (for senior roles)
• Manage app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Stay current with Flutter/Dart updates, mobile design trends, and industry best practices
• Work within Agile/Scrum development processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• [X]+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
• Strong understanding of state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, etc.)
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data
• Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is a plus
• Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications) or similar BaaS platforms
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment
• Knowledge of local storage solutions (SQLite, Hive, Shared Preferences)
• Familiarity with app publishing processes (Play Store/App Store guidelines)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with unit testing and widget testing in Flutter
• Knowledge of platform channels for native code integration
• Experience with performance profiling tools
• Exposure to design systems and component libraries
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
