Finishing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Finishing Engineer to join our team in Goa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior finishing and fitout projects, particularly in commercial spaces, villas, and resorts. As a Finishing Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing stages of construction projects, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the finishing works on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the availability of materials and resources.
• Prepare reports on project progress and address any issues that arise during the finishing phase.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Finishing Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing techniques and materials.
