Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Customer Support Representative. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, diagnosing technical issues, and providing clear, step-by-step support for OGP’s engineering-related services and tools. The Technical Customer Support Representative will handle tickets via email, phone, and online platforms, document issues and resolutions, and escalate complex problems to engineering or product teams when necessary. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical problems, guiding customers through system features, maintaining accurate records in support systems, and contributing to knowledge base articles and FAQs. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience, identify recurring issues, and support continuous improvement in support processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on responsive, professional service.
• Proficient Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple support requests.
• Experience using ticketing or CRM systems and documenting customer interactions and solutions.
• Basic understanding of engineering or industrial processes; experience in oil, gas, or renewables is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Relevant education or certifications in technical support, engineering technology, or a related field are beneficial.
