Relationship Manager (RM Sales)

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Managers to join our growing team in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with internship experience as well as candidates with relevant sales experience who are looking to build a career in the banking and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Promote banking and financial products.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with sales, banking, or financial services experience are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales and relationship management.
• NISM certification is not mandatory.

Compensation

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
