Role Description The Financial Planning Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic and operational decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial performance, preparing variance and trend analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation. The specialist will contribute to the preparation of financial reports, help refine accounting and finance processes, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies. The role also involves providing insights on cost management, profitability, and long-term financial sustainability aligned with the company’s growth and environmental goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and support data-driven recommendations.
• Candidates should possess solid Accounting and Financial Reporting skills to ensure accurate records and timely, compliant financial statements.
• Relevant academic background such as CA is a MUST
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and financial modeling software; experience with ERP or accounting systems is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present financial insights clearly to stakeholders.
