About Litrivis CPA Litrivis CPA PLLC is a U.S.-based CPA and accounting advisory firm serving businesses across the United States and internationally. We provide accounting, tax, FP&A;, CFO advisory, and strategic financial services to growing businesses across industries including healthcare, law, SaaS, technology, skilled services, and media. We are looking for an FP&A; Analyst based in India to join our growing finance team and support financial planning, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and management reporting for our U.S.-based clients. About the Role As an FP&A; Analyst, you will work closely with our CFO, accounting, and advisory teams to turn financial data into meaningful insights for clients and leadership. This is a hands-on role involving financial modeling, forecasting, cash flow management, variance analysis, and management reporting. You will work across multiple client engagements and gain exposure to U.S. business finance and accounting. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections Prepare and analyze 13-week cash flow forecasts Perform monthly and quarterly budget vs. actual and variance analysis Analyze financial statements, trends, KPIs, and business performance Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and client-ready analysis Support scenario planning, pricing analysis, and other strategic finance projects Work with accounting teams to validate financial data and ensure reporting accuracy Identify financial trends, risks, and prospects and communicate actionable insights Use AI and technology tools to improve financial analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency What We're Looking For 3–5 years of experience in FP&A;, financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting Prior experience working with a CPA/accounting firm or serving multiple clients is strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field S
