What You’ll Own

• Business Finance & Unit Economics: Drive capital allocation, profitability, margins, and contribution economics.
• Decision Support: Build financial models to support pricing, market expansion, inventory, and marketing investments.
• Margin & Leakage Control: Reduce financial leakages by 40% and discounting by 20% through better controls and automation.
• Cash & Working Capital: Own cash forecasting, treasury, FX exposure, funding plans, and reduce corporate receivables to 15 days.
• FP&A: Lead annual planning, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance analysis with a focus on forecast accuracy.
• Controllership & Compliance: Ensure timely closing, reconciliations, GST/TDS/TCS compliance, audits, and group filings.
• Team Leadership & Automation: Lead a 25-member finance team, streamline operations, and reduce manual work and headcount through automation and AI.

How We Expect You to Work

• Automate repetitive finance processes using rule-based systems.
• Use AI agents for complex tasks involving contextual decisions, reconciliation, collections, and leakage detection.
• Scale transaction volumes while reducing finance team size without compromising quality or controls.

Who We’re Looking For

• CA qualified
• 9–15 years of experience, primarily in business finance and FP&A.
• Strong expertise in unit economics, costing, contribution margins, and P&L ownership.
• Hands-on experience in cash flow management and working capital.
• Proven track record of finance automation using modern data tools and AI.
• Ability to scale operations while maintaining or reducing finance headcount.
• Comfortable partnering with a fast-paced, demanding founder.
• Stable career history with experience in well-run, cash-conscious businesses.
