We're hiring an experienced Financial Controller to lead finance across multiple global entities. This is a high-impact role requiring ownership of accounting, reporting, compliance, fund operations, internal controls, and investment support in a fast-paced international environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end finance, accounting, reporting, audits, tax, and compliance
• Manage multi-entity financial operations, cash flow, AP/AR, banking, and internal controls
• Oversee fund operations, LP reporting, capital calls, distributions, and legal documentation
• Manage cap tables, equity administration, and investment accounting
• Partner with leadership on financial planning, governance, and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

Chartered Accountant (CA)

12-15 years of finance leadership experience

3-5+ years supporting US-based companies

Strong knowledge of US GAAP, multi-entity accounting, and cross-border compliance

Experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund Finance, or complex global organizations preferred

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
