Financial Controller | Early-Stage MedTech AI Portfolio Company

One of our early-stage AI portfolio building in the consumer-facing MedTech space is looking for a Financial Controller to join the business and help the Founder scale the finance function.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute all financial operations for multiple entities across the US and India
• Oversee and ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements for both regions
• Develop and maintain financial models to support the company's strategic planning
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
• Oversee the company's internal controls, cash management and audit processes
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
• Support fundraising efforts

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in finance controllership, accounting, or a related field
• Prior experience managing US entites is a must
• Building the finance function from 0-1 for a scaling AI company excites you
• You understand budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting like the back of your hand
• Past experience working in B2C SaaS or MedTech is an advantage
