Financial Business Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Drive financial planning, analysis (FP&A), and business strategy support.
• Own and manage the P&L analysis (revenue, cost, profitability) and present insights for leadership.
• Lead and monitor the budgeting process for all P&L items including revenue and costs.
• Handle revenue accounting accruals and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
• Oversee intercompany and related party transactions with proper controls.
• Provide financial guidance to teams across geographies and support business heads with data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements.
• Work on automation initiatives and leverage Gen AI tools for efficiency in day-to-day operations.
• Develop and deliver impactful MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and confidently engage with senior leadership on financial insights.

Required Skills & Competencie

• sStrong knowledge of Finance, FP&A, Budgeting, P&L management
• .Hands-on experience with SAP and financial reporting tools
• .Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• .Exposure to Gen AI applications in financial analysis and reporting
• .Good understanding of Revenue Accounting Accruals, Taxation (Income Tax, GST), and Intercompany transactions
• .Ability to work independently while also guiding global teams
• .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• .High confidence to interact with business heads and senior management
