Job Description

Finance and Accounts Controller

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in financial modelling, preparing multi-year projections, revenue forecasts, and scenario-based financial plans aligned to business growth targets.

End-to-end ownership of statutory compliances — including GST filings, PF, PT, ESI, and TDS — ensuring zero-default track record with regulatory timelines.

Proficiency in income verification and book reconciliation, with demonstrated ability to match internal accounts against GST portal data and identify discrepancies proactively.

Experience in preparing and reviewing Balance Sheet and P&L; schedules, with attention to accuracy, completeness, and audit-readiness at all times.

Prior exposure to statutory and internal audits — capable of independently coordinating with auditors, preparing supporting schedules, and closing audit observations on time.

Robust command over cash flow management and fund planning, including working capital monitoring, fund allocation, and liquidity forecasting for multi-property operations.

Experience liaising with banks and financial institutions for loan-related activities, including term loans, OD facilities, and credit renewals.

Skilled in compiling and presenting financial documentation for loan processing — including projections, CMA data, and supporting statements as required by lenders.

Ability to generate actionable financial analysis and reports that support leadership decision-making across revenue, cost, and profitability dimensions.

Consistent track record of delivering monthly MIS reports on time, with accuracy across P&L;, cash flow, budget vs. actuals, and key financial KPIs.

Office timings : 8am - 6pm (Mon - Fri & Sat half day)

Work location : Neil Rao Towers, Whitefield, Bengaluru (in office). No work from home.

Qualification : Commerce Graduates

Total 5+years : of experience in Accounting with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in financial modelling

Age criteria < 30 years

CTC package Offered = 6.5 lacs to 8 lacs based on experience

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
