Role Description The Financial Analyst will work full time on-site at Level Studio’s Bengaluru location, supporting the studio’s financial planning and decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and developing reports that support budgeting and forecasting. The role involves tracking project costs, monitoring cash flows, and evaluating financial performance against targets. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with the design and operations teams to provide insights on pricing, profitability, and resource allocation, while helping maintain compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to interpret and apply financial concepts in a design-focused business.
• Experience in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Proficiency in working with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Advanced Analytical Skills, including data analysis, variance analysis, and problem-solving.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and financial modeling tools; proficiency in Excel or similar software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Prior experience in project-based or design-oriented businesses is an advantage.
