Job Description

The Top Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing across multiple US states (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
• Audit payroll-related data to validate authenticity and accuracy
• Process legal, severance, final, and missing pay
• Handle wage garnishments in compliance with federal and state laws
• Address employee queries and resolve concerns promptly

Mandatory Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in US Payroll processing, garnishments, or payroll audits
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Skills

• Experience with US Payroll systems (ADP, Workday, PeopleSoft) and HRIS platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Experience handling high-volume payroll in a multi-state environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
