Financial Analyst || CA / CPA / MBA || 4-9 years || CTC upto 26 LPA

We are looking for a dynamic finance professional to drive financial reporting, planning, business partnering, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Month-End Close: Lead month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, management reporting, and financial controls.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis, and performance monitoring to support business decisions.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to evaluate business performance, profitability, investments, and growth opportunities.
• Management Reporting & Insights: Translate complex financial data into actionable insights, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Team Leadership & Development: Set team objectives, coach and mentor finance professionals, manage workloads, and strengthen team capabilities.
• Process Improvement: Enhance reporting processes, systems, data quality, and financial controls through standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Management: Provide technical finance guidance, challenge assumptions constructively, and support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in financial reporting, month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Expertise in financial controls, reconciliations, management reporting, and performance management.
• Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in team management, coaching, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
