Finance Manager

We are hiring for an experienced Finance Manager to lead finance operations across

Manufacturing/Plant Finance in India.

📍 Location: Jhajjar, Haryana (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets and month-end/year-end closing
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting and variance analysis
• Manage COGS, inventory valuation, standard costing and BOM accuracy
• Oversee CAPEX, working capital and operating expenses
• Drive process optimization, automation and cost-reduction initiatives
• Ensure statutory, tax and corporate reporting compliance, including GST, TDS and Income Tax
• Partner with business and plant leadership to improve financial performance

Qualifications

CA / Cost Accountant (ICWA)

• 6–8 years of progressive finance experience
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing and/or shared services
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting, taxation and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics or similar ERP
• Strong Excel and Power BI/data analytics skills
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
