Finance Manager – General Ledger

Location: Pune, India | Experience: 8-14 years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the General Ledger function at a globally operating organization. The role involves managing month-end close, financial reporting, technical accounting, and a small team while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end GL operations, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle technical accounting, including stock-based compensation, ASC 606, and ASC 842.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, consolidation, and flux analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors and global stakeholders.
• Lead the team and drive process improvements and automation.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-14 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Indian accounting standards.
• Hands-on experience with SBC, ASC 606, ASC 842, and GL operations.
• Experience in team management and external audits.
• NetSuite, FloQast, and SaaS experience preferred.

Work Model: Hybrid, based in Pune.
