🚀 We're Hiring: Manager / Assistant Manager – Finance & Business Control

📍 Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh | Full-time, On-site

🎓 CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent

💼 5–8 years of relevant experience

Working directly with the Founder, you will own financial operations, strengthen internal controls and support strategic decisions.

🔹 What you'll do

✅ Finance, Accounts & Compliance Oversee daily accounting, reconciliations, receivables and payables. Ensure GST, TDS and statutory compliance. Coordinate with CAs, auditors and banks.

✅ Financial Planning & Profitability Prepare budgets, cash-flow forecasts and MIS reports. Analyse business-wise profitability, find financial leakages and improve cost efficiency.

✅ Banking & Financial Relationships Manage bank and financial institution relationships, loan documentation and credit facilities. Negotiate charges and financing costs.

✅ Business Strategy & Startup Support Evaluate new proposals and investments. Build financial projections, feasibility studies and break-even analyses. Help emerging ventures create sustainable, profitable models.

🔹 What we're looking for

• Strong grasp of accounting, taxation and financial management
• Proficiency in Tally, advanced Excel and financial reporting
• Experience with banking relationships, audits and statutory compliance
• Ability to turn financial data into actionable recommendations
• Strong coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• High integrity, accountability and an ownership mindset

⭐ Preferred: Experience in growing SMEs, diversified groups, real estate, hospitality or startups
