Organization: Moolchand Hospital

Moolchand Hospital is looking for an experienced Manager Accounts Receivable & Finance to manage hospital receivables, collections, billing, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in healthcare finance, TPA/insurance claims, corporate billing, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations including patient, TPA, and corporate accounts.
• Monitor ageing reports, collections, and outstanding receivables.
• Ensure timely claim processing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation.
• Prepare MIS reports and support financial reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance, Billing, Operations, and Insurance teams.
• Lead the AR team and ensure achievement of collection targets.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance/CA Inter preferred.
• Experience: 7–15 years in Accounts Receivable & Finance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
