Role Overview

The Head of Investment Management & Fundraising leads all capital raising and investment architecture. You will be responsible for defining funding strategies, cultivating Limited Partners (LPs), closing large-ticket investments, and ensuring robust portfolio alignment. This is a strategic, revenue-critical leadership role bridging executive leadership and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising & Capital Strategy
• Capital Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure capital from UHNIs, family offices, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
• Investor Pitching: Design compelling pitch decks, investment memoranda, and data rooms to articulate the fund's strategy and value proposition.
• Deal Closures: Spearhead negotiation and closing processes for large-ticket investments and structural funding mandates.
• Investor Relations & Networking
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture long-term, transparent relationships with a broad network of investors and key distribution partners
• Reporting: Oversee all investor communications, including regular performance updates, capital deployment reports, and Annual General Meetings.
• Brand Positioning: Elevate the fund’s market presence and position investment propositions to tailor solutions to specific investor needs.
• Investment Management & Oversight
• Deal Structuring: Lead the structuring of complex investments and negotiate deal terms (equity, debt, or structured finance instruments).
• Asset Allocation: Oversee capital allocation and portfolio strategies, balancing risk and maximizing returns.
• Due Diligence: Supervise the end-to-end due diligence process (financial, legal, and operational) before capital deployment4. Leadership & Compliance
• Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and scale the fundraising and investment execution teams.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all fundraising campaigns and investments adhere to regional financial regulations and compliance frameworks.

Job Expectations

Qualifications & Key Skillsets

• Education: MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree in Finance or Economics.
• Experience: 12+ years of front-end experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Capital Raising, or Private Equity.
• Network: Established relationships within the financial services ecosystem, particularly with LPs, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Technical Acumen: Mastery of complex financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
