The candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, MIS reporting, budgeting support, reconciliations, and providing insights to support business and management decisions. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards.- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and key financial metrics.- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial closing activities.- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights to management.- Coordinate with internal teams such as Accounts, Sales, Operations, and HR for financial data and reporting.- Prepare presentations and reports for management reviews.- Support audits and provide required financial documentation.- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.- Identify process improvements and opportunities to improve financial efficiency.Required Skills - Solid knowledge of financial analysis and accounting fundamentals.- Good understanding of P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, and financial ratios.- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and basic financial modelling.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Valuable communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work with large datasets and maintain accuracy.- Knowledge of ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar is an advantage.- Power BI knowledge would be an added advantage.Eligibility - MBA/PGDM in Finance from a recognized institution.- 1+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, MIS, FP&A;, Accounts, or related roles.- Candidates with strong Excel and analytical skills will be preferred.Work Location: In person
