About the role

Avangarde, a family office with multiple group companies, is hiring a Finance Controller to run finance and accounts across its businesses in healthcare, hospitals and chemicals. You will report to the CEO.

Our group companies include Neflor (https://neflor.com), a PVC products company based in New Delhi.

What you will do

• Monitor bookkeeping, accounts and MIS across multiple companies and bank accounts
• Manage fund flow, cash flow planning and treasury
• Manage banks, banking relationships and bank reconciliations
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliance, and coordinate with departments and auditors
• Lead and manage the accounts team
• Prepare budgets, financial reporting and audit support

What we are looking for

• 15+ years in finance, accounts and controllership
• Hands-on command of bookkeeping, fund flow, banking and GST
• Proven team management
• Experience with multi-entity, group, MSME or family-run set-ups
• Healthcare, hospital, pharma or chemical background is a plus
• CA not required. ICWA preferred. Tally, ERP and Excel
